The worst. Online never works, chat never available, can't login to account. They have no interest in trying to help customers and seem to go out of their way to make it impossible to even get in touch.
Cannot think of a worse service.
Don't understand why anyone would use UPS.
Will not buy from a supplier again if I know they use UPS as too much of a headache.
