Needed a delivery to someone staying at home all day with an intercom, through amazon.
UPS didn't even tried to use intercom, or call the given phone number, they put a paper in the mailbox saying that WE weren't home.
Nowhere to complain or signal it, either in UPS official site, official UPS package tracking, or amazon.
I really think UPS is taking money to not doing its job, and it's an outrage.
I really consider systematically boycotting any site using UPS as a delivery from now.
