The service which I received was appalling and the courier broke the item which I was returning and refused to compensate me for the damage so now I am almost £300 out of pocket. They did not inform me of the damage - I had to spend over 2 hours trying to get the matter resolved. The sales advisors are ill advised and do not want to help and unwilling to take responsibility for their recommendation of service and incorrect information that they provided. I will be taking this matter future!
