I received a shipment from Turkey for costume made clothes , this package arrived with MISSING items (9 KG instead of 30 KG were sent ), I contacted the shipper and he confirmed this is not his box. after investigation and I emailed the photos for the missing and everyday calling for follow ups but nothing happened
my business affected badly for your UPS way of handling
I’m not looking for any money compensation , simply I want my staff .My recommendation for UPS is ZERO .
