Help future customers by talking about customer service, price, delivery, returns & refunds.This is hysterical: Ok I will.
1) customer service: literally they couldn't give a flying f***. Absolute ZERO help after 2 months complaining about money being taken from my card WITHOUT my authority.
2) price: who knows what this price was since you more than doubled it by taken more than the original quote off my card WITHOUT MY AUTHORITY.
3)Refunds: weheres my refund, this happened in december and you still haven't dealt with it.
UPS is a massive failure.The fact that in almost 10 weeks of complaining and asking how and why you took this money, that you are still asking for proof of payment when i have provided this to 12 different people is INCREDIBLE. That y6ou have failed to deal with this is unbelievable. You don't actually deserve1 star, ZERO is more fitting..
