Why is the service so terrible at UPS?
You dont answer phone line, doesnt respond to email request o solve any problems. Parcels just seems to get ‘stuck’ at the depot in South Africa for days, without any reason.
DHL service is a 10000% better than UPS.
There is definately a huge ongoing problem at the South African UPS branch.
