I have had my package stuck in somewhere for over a week and a half. Everyday I ring up for an answer and every time i've been told something different. It seems like no one has any idea where my package is and is lying. This package is worth high value and should have been a priority to sort this issue however I just keep getting passed off to different department's and going round in circles. Being told lie after lie and there seems to be no other one you can contact apart from their customer service who have no clue what is going on. Must ridiculous company I have ever came across. Joke!
