Absolutely shocking. I almost don't mind that they can't deliver my package (the one with a legal document to allow me to start a new job!), but what REALLY frustrates is that they're one of these companies who have successfully spent millions so that it's impossible to actually speak to anyone.
No offence, but speaking to an agent in the Philippines who is reading from a computer script is next to useless.
Avoid like the plague.
