I would prefer to give them a NEGATIVE 10, this is hands down the most useless company I have had the displeasure of dealing with. They have zero idea what they are doing. I tried to get a package picked up in the U.S and delivered to Canada. The website would not let me open an account, the customer service (using that term looselyl) would not help but after hours of trying to get this resolved (UPS is just as useless), they send me to tech suppot because the website wouldn't let me open an account, however tech support then sends me to yet another department. The quality of their phone lines is terrible, there is often a bit of a language barrier and no one is interested in actually helping. When I finally do get someone who will set the account up, despite spelling out my email address, get's it wrong and has to then put me on hold to fix? something because she needed a pin from the email I should have gotten (but didn't). Next thing I know, I'm back at tech support. How do these guys stay in business?????
