Not sure how this company stays in busy!!! Every time a product is sent to me through this carrier, the package is either lost, damaged, or driver is too lazy to find the actual address. Overall, poor customer service and lack accountability/responsibility! If you want a product delivered on time, to the correct location and in a professional manner, you need to use another carrier - avoid using UPS!!!!
