UPS has deliverd my cancer medicine to different city one time and Houston lost it another time. My husband and I were on the UPS site, talking to different employees and were put on hold for multiple times, for a total of 5 hours spent trying to get my chemo drug. I no longer use, I use Fedex for chemo med, no problems with them.
We now have an Amazon parcel that has been sitting at the UPS site for over 2 days and still not out for delivery. If I could find out where to go to sue UPS, I would.
