Went into the Milton Park customer centre and treated with disdain and contempt by the girl behind the counter, I have used their services before and it was good and efficient, thankfully I have the option of other delivery companies. The counter rep behaviour was appalling and extremely distasteful. I had to go online to get the information and when I relayed it to her, she said, sounds about right.
