sent a forgotten charger for my disabled fathers buggy to Spain. It is now lost in customs asking for an importer number…. Why would I have one as I’m not a business? Absolutely nothing has happened for over a week. All robotic and automated replies. Happy to take the money. No more reviews allowed on Trust Pilot as they are so bad. If I had spoken to a human and they had explained the situation I might have been more sympathetic. My poor father will be unable to get about now.
