I paid for overnight shipping two days ago from Florida to Nevada; yesterday, the package went 30 minutes from here (not across the country); it is sitting 'somewhere' in the town of Davenport, FL; one hour on the phone being passed from one department to the next, and NO ONE at UPS can even find the package! They do not know where it is or where it is going or if it is going! And all this for about $50! Crazy!
Such horrible service and customer service!
