I have been waiting 2 days for my Parcels to arrive but they were not delivered as stated. The driver said no one answer the door but I have been at home from 9am-5pm, but no one turned up.
Many friends have bad experiences with UPS and advised me not to use you again.
My friend told me that they always pretend they attempt to deliver your parcel and you get an auto notification saying they will try again next business day.
