Terrible unreliable company!
Blame there own incompetence on address being wrong, when in-fact it was correct and they just didn’t bother to look a little further down the road…
No attempt to re deliver when asked and parcel is still left at the depot 3 days on, with no idea when delivery will take place.
I will never use a company that uses them for delivery again.
Avoid at all costs as this isn’t the first time either I’ve had issues with UPS
