Useless
Useless. Ordered a bicycle from Germany. Took 1 day to go from Germany to London. UPS then put it on the wrong van and took it to their Edinburgh depot instead of Glasgow!!! Now because it's a Friday it won't be delivered until Monday!!!
How can such a large worldwide delivery company get such a simple thing, like picking the right van, so wrong!!!!!
