Just avoid UPS
They are inefficient, clueless and liars. They take your money and ask for nothing else
Then they delay your package. You ask and they guess.
Then you follow again and they ask for documents, one after the other.
Then they don’t update their system. They ask again. 4 times, 4 different people, 4 different departments. You oblige and the package is not cleared. You prompt again and they say can’t you be more patient. To explain I paid for 2-3 days delivery and 10 days later the package is still showing not cleared as yet.
