Absolutely Terrible service. They lost my package. I called and give them the trucking number, they said we don’t know what happened, we will investigate and get back with you in a week. No one contacted me. I called back to talk to a manager, I was on hold for an hour and was told that the manager wouldn’t be able to talk to me and they will reopen the case and let me know 5 days later what happened to my package?
