I bought an item from Ebay. The vendor UPS...wow cant really give them even ONE star.
Tracking app..useless
Driver delivered without advising a day too early..
Didnt leave parcel with a beighbour or in a secluded place and take a picture..like dpd evri etc.
I have cctv with a sign too..
No..knocked on the door..no answer write a card..
I now have to pick up the parcel!!!
So much for service
