Worst company I’ve ever had to deal with
Requested a £170 payment for duties & charges. Then sent delay messages
And then keep changing delivery date/time. Always cancelling and changing to next day. Then send message saying second delivery attempt failed one more attempt left. These people just are liars no attempts were ever made at all this is a disgrace of a company avoid at all cost I will not be making purchases online with companies that use these utter liars called ups as for customer service they just read of script as much use as the rest of ups
