call centre located abroad with incompetent staff lie, put you on hold saying you are being transferred and you are left there waiting without anyone answering.
Worst experience with duty manager CHRISTA LYNN, call handler Jesa and soo many more.
Honestly don’t use this courier !
They are terrible !
