UPS Netherlands billing department is a bunch of criminals. They copied my card details and days after delivery of my package they started to charge random amounts bypassing my bank security. Beware!!!!do not use live cards to pay them,only disposables.They can bypass your bank/card security by coding their transactions like a subscription,this is how they can stole money from you.
Ask chargeback from your bank and report them to police
