Driver pulls up front on third day (on time). He can't find package and looks through his truck stating he just saw it. He hurriedly pulls away yelling he would deliver the package tomorrow. There was a much needed check in that package. Tomorrow never comes. After 10 attempts to contact a supervisor, I am told to file a claim which I do. Supposedly an investigation team is on this tracking number. I call everyday with the same "outsourced" speech telling me it takes 8 days, but an investigation team is on it. I ask for a number for the investigation team (evidently doesn't exist). What about the drivers name and distribution loading point? No answer for this. Eighth day I call and get notice the shipper was contacted by UPS. I call the shipper. No, no idea and no knowledge of contact from UPS. No resolution or contact by UPS to this day. My bills are late.
