They lost my package.
Actually they delivered a package that was supposed to be signed by me to another person and address and they allow this person to sign and stole my package.
On the other hand, when you try to build a claim with your account through UPS app is really difficult as the system always tells you that there's any type of mistake and you are not allowed to submit your documents.
