Ups delivered my item to a shop and sent me the details of when that shop would be open. I travelled to the shop to find it closed with a sign saying it was due to a family grievance. The card said collect within 7 days or it would be returned so I contacted them to tell them what had happened and to make sure it would be ok to collect the following weekend. When I ended the call I got 2 texts. When I got my bill at the end of the month I had been charged £12.47 for my call to them and £2.50 per text that they sent me. I made a complaint on trust pilot and they told me how sorry they were and to send the details. A few days later I got an email from someone quoting terms and conditions and how they wouldn't do anything. I found those terms and conditions and they were completely irrelevant. The service is appalling.
