Don't use this excuse of a company ..I paid good money sending my daughter a Xmas present overseas..UPS ransacked it inc private underwear and blamed customs..I gave up trying to pursue a simple explanation after more than 35 e mails..they don't answer calls and were a complete joke of a company..trust me save your money and use someone else..
