Dreadful dreadful company. Every single time I receive a delivery from a company we order from in Holland, they don't send the customs charges that need to be paid. Then when I phone to pay that, they give me a reference number to prove payment, and then they then send me a link to pay the charges........
Speak to 10 different people, send evidence of payment and they still show outstanding charges... A massive waste of time and energy..
