Package notice left call back and now waiting in hall from 2 to 3:30. On phone again and there's no 2 to 3. I just sat in the hallway staring at the sun to be told later eta not disclosed. We'll try to call you. I need this item as the heatwave is making me and my service animal sick. I'm gunna guess later I'll have another note that makes no sense
