UPS notified us delivery Fri 14th 10:30 - 13:30.
Bit miffed as that was my wifes birthday and we were going out to the Friars for 12:30 Mass. Then thought well we can go out afterwards.
Tracking said out for delivery from about 12miles away, 13:30 came and went no delivery. 17:30, 19:30, 22:00hrs we gave up and went to bed.
No contact from UPS to say why. Now it says Monday, do I believe them, no.
Not suppliers fault, but seems UPS trying to be the new Heremes with poor customer service?
