Couriers don't have a phone to call the number on the parcel...instead of turning back once the buzzer code is t included in the info. It's so sad. Sent a perishable item to Edmonton, unfortunately, the items got bad cos it was returned to the office....
Very very very poor service. Post Canada would call, FedEx would call...but UPS don't...I regret using their services.
