Nothing went right, too many promises, took to somewhere for me to collect it myself, which is no where near to where I live, tried ringing the place but no telephone number. Tried to arrange a redelivery and the automated service said I
Had already requested it!! Spoke to two customer service advisors one day after the other, still waiting for it !! . I’m trying to get my money back from Dell. Wish I had gone to Amazon!!
