After escalating all the issues that we are facing since 2 months!!!!!
Chasing them , asking for info and to look at my account for the PVA invoiced and to sort it . After I received the email from their department saying that from the 10th of July it was on my account,They filed few invoices dated 11th -18 and even 25th of July and want now force me to pay without a valid reason , just saying that shippings are closed .
And added the reason that from 10th of July they received the request to start recording the PVA on the account………..from the 10th of July!!!!
Now it s 5th august!!!!! We re a business
How long should we wait to get what is our consumer right?????
This is absolutely indecent and A bad way of serving customers .
THISNIS THE SECOND TIME THEY OLAY THIS GAME !!
I ll take them to the court first and I ll ask to the factories I get parts from to cancel their accounts and move to fedex which give as default the PVA !!!
