Was told pack delivered today at 9:33
No delivery here
After struggle to find contact number at 11:01 I was told to reschedule so I did this
Only to be e mailed at 3:45 that parcel was in local shop
On rephoneing was informed that it takes 24 hours to reschedule a delivery and a further 48 to redeliver
All in all a shocking service for a no delivered item in first place
Oh and local shop is quite a distance away esp for a disabled person
