UPS is literally the worst. I didnt pick them for my shipping. The items I ordered were sent thru UPS. First they sent me an email about tracking. When you try to call the Customer Service, you hear annoying robot on the phone trying to fix your issue which it cannot. It wont let you pass on the representative until a few minutes of craziness. Finally when I got hold of someone, they told me that the package will arrive from 12 noon till 4.15 pm. They said someone has to be in house to receive the item and sign for it. No one came. I was stuck at home and couldnt do anything just to find out UPS never showed up either.
All employees of UPS should be sent to United States Postal Service or Fedex for training. UPS is the worst.
