I am going to add to a long list of very bad reviews. Parcel delivered 4th December 2023. Asked for astronomical amount of fee to have the parcel. Gave it back and asked for it to be returned to sender. Was an expensive item for my grandaughter. It was down on tracking as labelled and returned to sender. After contacting and ringing Ups depot, sending emails constantly and filling in claim templates and contacting the sender it is now 29th January and have not got anywhere and no refund. I'm only glad I didn't pay the full price for the item. This company is absolute rubbish. My parcel is stuck in a warehouse in Preston. Was told it was lost then found and on its way and its still stuck in a warehouse.
