Things can happen, sure, but two days on the trot with the reason being that they needed security information to access the house is a blatant lie. I tried to contact UPS but that was a waste of 45 minutes of my time. On day 3 the delivery man left the parcel, sprinted down the garden and said the problem was access due to construction vehicles. Rubbish. The company cannot be trusted. The reviews confirm they should close their European operations and stick to North America.
