Simply the worst company. No customer service, no options: I was once told to press 1 for yes, or 2 for yes if I was happy with their CS. I was not happy. I teach elementary students, I would be happier if my kindergarteners were running this company. At least I know they would be honest.
Someone please put this horrible company out of business. It would be a public service. If I could give negative stars, I would give 5.
