I have spent half day going to the address mentioned in the sms I received and then to another shop with the same name. My package was not there. Now I see on the webpage that my package is in Espoo, which is 12 km from where I live and in another Municipality. Maybe there is an error: I have never received packages from any postal service, including UPS, more than 1km away from my place.
So I kindly ask you to have it delivered where I can collect it, in my municipality.
