Very poor service they came to pick up a parcel didn't receive any call that they are on the way or a text message. After they left property they call me that they came I wasn't at home.
I just went outside for about 5 to 10 minutes
In that period of time they came and dropped the letter and went. I receive a call but obviously driver was on the area they did not bothered to come to pick up.
In the arrange for the next day and I have to be at home all day.
