I wouldn’t even give you a one… when a package is express over night delivery it shouldn’t be driving all over.. and your customer service representatives and so called supervisors do not do their job either…. Worthless company especially since we paid 40 dollars for next day air and this package landed before my other express delivery package at the same location and got held an.
