Took me nine phone calls today to get through for a simple question. Received a text message that my package had been delivered and there was nothing there. After almost an hour of arguing with their AI, I finally get through to somebody because it misunderstood something I said and I saw a window. Then I was told that it really hadn't been delivered, it's not coming till Monday... Then why the text message? Nobody can really tell me where or when my package is going to be here and their customer service is disgraceful.
