They 'lost' everything we own...
My wife and I made an international move from Ireland and decided to use UPS to ship everything we own. 12 boxes in total and they lost, not 1 or 2 or even 4. They lost all 12 boxes. What's worse, they're avoiding the claim payout. I cannot believe this is happening but it looks like we paid 1220 euros to have UPS 'lose' everything we own, period.
For the love of all that is decent in the world, I beg you, avoid the company like this plague.
