Have now been waiting three days for delivery of supplies for an insulin pump. They seem to think someone can wait in all this time. This delivery has to be signed for otherwise they take it to a drop off point which is miles away. Without transport would have to take a taxi to collect it.
Its impossible to speak to someone who can sort it out. told they do not recognise tracking number, which was on their e mail. We do not choose this company it is chosen by medicare. Worst ever delivery company to deal with
