I waited all day long for an important delivery that I was informed could come anytime of the day until 9pm.
I waited ALL DAY LONG.
No updates whatsoever from UPS.
At 8:45 pm I called UPS to see what the deal was concerning my expected delivery.
I was told it will be there tomorrow.
Problem is that I may not be able to spend yet another day waiting all day long for the package.
What good is tracking updates if I am not sent any updates whatsoever????
To add insult to injury the Customer service rep at UPS said my package could be sent to a local "holding place" but could not find the one near me......then he said it would cost me seven dollars and change for me to go this route.
WHAT????? I already paid for the product and delivery on a specific date.
UPS couldn't deliver it on time, and to add insult to injury, they have the audacity to charge money to hold it for me.
I have nothing good to say about UPS, but I certainly will be speaking my mind to anyone who will losten.
UPS, you have fallen so far from the once great company you used to be once upon a time.
What a shame.
