I am writing to share a frustrating experience I had with UPS customer service earlier today. I initially called to ask for a drop-off location and was connected with someone who unfortunately could not understand English. Despite my request to speak to someone who could, the representative continued trying to assist me. I did my best to provide all my information, even resorting to spelling everything out using the NATO alphabet, such as "V for Victor," to make myself understood. It was an incredibly frustrating situation, and to make matters worse, they hung up on me after I asked for an English speaker. Determined to resolve my issue, I called back and was connected with a lady. I explained that I simply needed a drop-off location, and she put me on hold for over ten minutes. Much to my dismay, she also hung up on me! 😡 This experience has left me feeling quite upset and disappointed with UPS's customer service. The USP website is also out of date, and there are no drop-off locations in the area, according to the website, which was wrong. I was able to find someone by driving to a DHL delivery location, who then directed me to a UPS site. I hope that sharing my experience can help improve the service for future customers.
