I want to report that the automated service on the UPS telephone line is probably one of the worst I have ever encountered. It gives me a headache. I would like to read it as a -5. I was unable to get the automated voice to understand what I was trying to say. She just kept asking if I want to track the package and I said no I want to speak to a representative and then she asked for more details and I gave her the details and she said do you want to track a package and I said no and I couldn’t get beyond that
