Laziest drivers ever. I have a ring. I know that they never came to the door for the last several packages. They sometimes take it to a cvs near me, 3 of the last 4 they took to cvs not anywhere near me! I work from home. Right by my front door. I have a ring doorbell that captures movement and rings to my phone…this has been so consistent over the last year in Columbus Ohio. It’s to a point that if I know a company is using ups I hesitate to use them, and KNOW it’s going to be a problem. It needs fixed! Be better.
