Misrepresentation, terrible service and complete incompetence.
I wanted to ship a present from Vancouver, BC to Seattle, Washington. I called TWICE (both the day before and ON THE DAY) to confirm I can send the article, and BOTH TIMES I was said yes.
So I proceed to PAY THEM TO DO WHAT THEY CONFIRMED THEY CAN DO. The next day I learn that the package is stuck at customs for the exact same reason I called UPS twice.
I call them to inquire why the package is not delivered and they proceed to tell THE EXACT OPPOSITE OF WHAT WAS COMMUNICATED the day before. They promise to give me a call back a number of times with resolution and I hear nothing back.
As a result, I now have to wait for the package to returned to then struggle to receive a refund for the service that was rendered as a result of MISINFORMATION BY UPS employees.
The level of incompetence, service and overall experience is completely appalling. PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
