The parcel is still in the UK on Friday 2 October, constituting a breach of contract.
I have been lied to 3 times :
1st lie at 11.30 on 2 October - the UPS agent told me the parcel was already in South Africa, despite the online tracking showing that it was not. I contacted UPS in South Africa and was told the parcel was NOT in South Africa.
2nd lie at 15.30 on 2 October by your agent Mau who told me the parcel was in South Africa. When challenged she admitted the parcel was still in the UK.
3rd lie at 15.40 on 2 October, I demanded to speak to a manager, your agent Mau told me no manager was available at that moment, she took telephone contact numbers from me and promised a manager would call me within 1 hour. No call yet received after 6 hours.
Nobody from UPS has contacted me despite having an email address and 2 phone numbers. I should have been contacted to explain or apologise the parcel has not been shipped as booked. After complaining, I should have been called back by a manager as promised by agent Mau.
